Just because she’s more than 7 months pregnant doesn’t mean Elisabetta Canalis is slowing down her fitness routine — at least not by much!
The Italian actress and model, 36, works out four or five days a week doing a combination of Private Pilates, hiking and swimming.
“What I like is that Pilates really defines the muscles,” Canalis tells PEOPLE. “I don’t do pregnancy classes. I take regular advanced classes!”
The former Dancing with the Stars contestant — who married surgeon Brian Perri last year — says she’s motivated to stay active so she can indulge her pregnancy cravings for sweets and carbs.
