Description

Maiden Lane Studios’ Pilates Reformer Workshop for Beginners is designed to give students a deep understanding of the fundamental principles that make Pilates on the apparatus so effective, fun, and continually challenging.

This 90 minute workshop is limited to 4 students and is geared towards those who are brand new to or have recently started practicing Pilates on the apparatus.

This workshop is hands-on, engages full-body work and is a great way to start and get the most out of your Pilates apparatus class regimen.

Format

First 30 minutes: Learning and practicing key Pilates fundamentals on the mat, students will work on effectively engage their core, breathe with more efficiency, and move functionally from the shoulders to the hips.

Last 60 minutes: Students will take the principles they learned on the mat to the Pilates reformer, getting even deeper into the core, toning the entire body, and lengthening the muscles of the arms and legs.

All sales for are final. Cancellation Policy: Workshop enrollment must be cancelled 10 days prior to workshop date for an account credit. Cancellations made within 10 days of the workshop will result in forfeiture of the workshop fee.

Maiden Lane Studios only offer private Pilates training and small-sized classes on the apparatus (3 students versus many studios and gyms that hold classes of up to 10). Our studio is environment is supportive, luxurious and convenient.
